I am devoted to creating a safe, inviting, and comfortable environment, my aim is to provide you with the ideal setting to navigate and address life’s stressors in a way that aligns seamlessly with your comfort and well-being.


My approach as a listener is characterized by compassion and open-mindedness, and I am unwavering in my commitment to creating a secure and encouraging space conducive to personal growth. Ultimately, my goal is to guide clients in recognizing their strength and resilience, empowering them to achieve their individual goals within the framework of a supportive and meaningful therapeutic connection. 


Experience:


Nicole, a graduate of Yorkville University with a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology, is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) bringing over a decade of experience in the mental health field. Her professional journey has been diverse, involving work with individuals from various backgrounds, ages, and cultures.


Beyond her role as a therapist, Nicole has contributed to the mental health field by providing support and crisis management to at-risk youth. She has also worked extensively with adults facing developmental disabilities and serious mental illness.


Nicole extends her commitment to mental health through volunteer work. She has served as a Crisis Responder for Victim Services of Huron County and acted as a Ward Visitor at the Parkwood Institute in London, ON.

Types of therapy: Nicole embraces an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, attachment-focused therapy, trauma-informed therapy, and a strengths-based approach.
