Naomi Krieger

Registered Social Worker Psychotherapist

Sometimes we feel stuck in patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviours that are interfering with our lives, perhaps triggered by life transitions, loss, or just the stressors of everyday life. We might feel like these thoughts, feelings and behaviours are controlling us, not the other way around.

I have extensive experience working with clients to help them understand and accept why they get stuck and how to work through it. To do so, I draw on a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy. I tailor my therapeutic approach to a client’s specific needs, strengths, and goals.

I approach every session with an empathetic, curious, and collaborative mindset. I will work with you to develop a plan that draws on your strengths to help you meet your goals. After all, you are the expert in your own life! I strive to create an open, trusting, non-judgemental, and comfortable environment for us to navigate whatever you are experiencing.
