Starting therapy can feel daunting for many clients. They may doubt its effectiveness, feel pressure to be further along in their journey, or struggle to envision a clear path forward. This is especially true for those who process information in unique or non-linear ways, making it even harder to navigate traditional therapeutic approaches.
I offer a tailored, holistic approach that is responsive to each client’s individual needs, experiences, and goals. I work with each client to adapt the therapy process in a way that honors their unique thinking and learning styles.
By fostering a warm, supportive, and trusting environment, I aim to help all clients feel at ease, empowering them to move forward with confidence, clarity, and a sense of agency in their journey.
