Tracy Howson

Registered Psychotherapist (RP-Q)

Relationships- no matter what you think about them, we are regularly in them, and if yours are not going the way you want, you're not alone! Couples come to me regularly when things just arent; working anymore. Affairs, bickering, resentments, sexual intimacy issues, and negative conflict patterns that don't seem to get better- these issues are where I can help. I am passionate about couples therapy.

Another passion of mine is in grief, loss, bereavement and spiritual issues. When you can't find the worfs to describe the loss you've been left with- I will walk with you thruogh these times. If you want to be more peaceful and hopeful, more confident or want to focus on personal growth, I can help. I work with clients wishing to understand themselves better and navigate life's challenges and transitions. We can work together to discuss what happened in your past, what's happening now, and how to move forward.

Experience:

My experience includes helping individuals and couples navigate life using evidence-based practice and an integrated approach. Together, we will tailor a path that fits your individual needs. I have completed Levels 1 and 2 Clinical Training Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Leader Training for the Gottman Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work. Regularly I host workshops including; Mindfulness training, The Seven Principles of Making Marriage Work, Living as a Highly Sensitive Person, and Living your Best Life. Deciding to make a change is the first step. Reaching out for help and investing in yourself is one of the most courageous things you can do. Know that you're not alone.
