Registered Social Worker Psychotherapist

What problem do you strive to overcome?

Problem: There are many reasons why people seek counselling; to gain insight during a difficult time, a life transition, or process an event from the past. Stressful life experiences can leave a lasting imprint on our lives. Counselling provides a time and space for individuals to consider these effects and see whether they continue to serve a purpose for them. Other reasons to engage in counselling can be to build a better relationship with yourself through the process of self-discovery, self-acceptance and self-realization.

Solution: Mental wellness is a significant component of our overall health. My goal in therapy is to create a space which allows you to engage in thoughtful reflection on your experiences, fears and various parts of yourself.

Result: I recognize and value each person’s unique capacity to make meaningful and lasting changes in their life. I am dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and living a life that is happier and more satisfying.
