Often telling your story can be challenging and trying to make sense of experiences and emotions can cause feels of overwhelm, isolation and powerlessness.

By offering a calm genuine presence I aim to help clients feel able to share themselves fully so that together we can consider the challenges they are facing contextually, focus on personal strengths, and clarify goals to create an individualized approach for their specific needs.

My goal is to meet clients where they are at, helping them feel seen and heard so that they can walk through their lives with hope, healing and increased confidence and strength.
