Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

What problem do you strive to solve?

One of the bravest (and most challenging) things you can do is take the first step towards self-growth and healing. So congratulations on taking the step that led you to reading this profile.

My core therapy beliefs include:

  • Everyone deserves to live a life that is safe, fulfilling, and full of connection to the things you love

  • Humans are relational creatures, we were not made to face challenges alone

  • Every person is the expert of their own life & has the capacity to make the changes and/or grow in the way they desire

  • Warmth, trust, and connection are some of the most important roots for healing

When working with me, I make the commitment to ensuring that you feel safe, supported, and accepted for who you are. I commit to working in collaboration with you as we build your self-compassion, reconnect with your inner strength, and develop some new ways of coping. I commit to ensuring that you never have to doubt the validity of your goals or struggles.
