Heather VanStarkenburg

Many people have experienced trauma from a variety of experiences. These experiences can be very painful. You may feel unsure about how to process what you have been through.
I empower clients utilizing a trauma-informed approach, throughout the therapeutic relationship. I work together in collaboration with clients, as each client is unique. If you have experienced childhood abuse, sexual abuse, complex PTSD, sexual trauma, depression, anxiety or addiction- I can help. I have walked with my clients through their journey to healing and I am ready to walk with you.
I work with adults for healing, to meet personal goals and achieve recovery. I support clients to not just survive, but to thrive. You can heal- happiness is possible.
