My therapeutic approach is rooted in holistic and individualized care, tailored to honour each client's unique circumstances, needs, and therapy goals. Recognizing the significance of the therapeutic relationship, I aim to facilitate a supportive environment that fosters growth and progress with ease.
Grace is a compassionate and dedicated psychotherapist with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Western University and a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. She has experience working with a diverse population of youth and adults who have experienced trauma, loss, anxiety, depression, and relational issues. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, an evidenced-based method effective in treating PTSD.
