Registered Psychotherapist (Q)

In life, you can encounter challenges that can leave you feeling overwhelmed and unsure of which direction to take. When faced with these obstacles, it's completely normal to feel like you're navigating uncharted territory on your own. However, you don't have to go it alone.

As a therapist, I'm here to offer you support, guidance, and a safe space to explore those challenges and discover the paths forward. Together, we can navigate through the uncertainties and find the clarity and strength you need to move forward with confidence.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in holistic and individualized care, tailored to honour each client's unique circumstances, needs, and therapy goals. Recognizing the significance of the therapeutic relationship, I aim to facilitate a supportive environment that fosters growth and progress with ease.
