Sometimes, life can be very challenging and draining. You might be feeling overwhelmed, tired, confused, anxious or lost. Perhaps you are having issues within your family, or you’re concerned about your child. You might be experiencing struggles in your relationship- having the same fights over and over. You might be trying to rebuild your life after domestic violence, or maybe you’re trying to recover after a divorce or separation. These issues are so painful leaving you scared of the future. This is where I come in, to help you to the other side of this. I offer a safe, empathetic, non-judgmental, confidential and nurturing space. Each individual is unique and as such my approach will be tailored to your special needs.


Through our work together, you can expect to feel supported, connected and heard. Working with me will help you to find ease, purpose, resolution and joy again. You can begin to live the life you deserve and feel in control of your destiny.


Experience:

Gordana is a Registered Social Worker with 20 years of experience working with families and children. Gordana has experience with a myriad of presenting issues including, trauma, anger management, eating disorders, separation/divorce, depression, self-esteem issues, anxiety, and more. In working with individuals, couples and children, Gordana practices from the eclectic approach of modalities such as: attachment focused therapy, CBT, trauma informed practice, solution focused therapy and mindfulness.

I begin my day with a 10 minute meditation and a work-out at the gym. This morning routine puts me in a positive mind-frame and allows me to function at my best.
