Experience
I am a Registered Social Worker Psychotherapist with a career dedicated to supporting people through trauma, anger, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and major life transitions. I’ve spent two decades working with children, adults, couples, and families facing complex emotional and relational challenges.

I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, anger, family conflict, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm. My goal is always to offer safe, compassionate, and structured support tailored to your situation.
Types of Therapy
My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I integrate Attachment-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Solution-Focused work, Mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to help you strengthen emotional regulation, build insight, and move toward meaningful change.

My mornings begin with a 10-minute meditation followed by a workout at the gym, my daily ritual for grounding, clarity, and energy. This routine helps me stay aligned, present, and ready to fully support the clients I work with.
