Experience
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. I’ve supported individuals, couples, children, and families through trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, and relational challenges.
My training includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Gottman Level 1 & 2 for couples, helping partners strengthen communication and deepen connection.

I work with individuals, couples, families, and children aged 9+. Whether you’re navigating personal challenges, parenting difficulties, or relationship concerns, I’m here to provide steady, compassionate support.
Types of Therapy
My practice is person-centered and relational, grounded in a strengths-based approach. I draw from CBT, EMDR, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, DBT, ACT, and Gottman-informed couples work. Each session is tailored to your needs and goals, allowing us to work collaboratively toward lasting change.
Issues I Support
I support clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting concerns, relationship issues, stress, grief, and emotional overwhelm. I also work with couples to strengthen communication, rebuild closeness, and navigate conflict with greater understanding.
More than just my work
I feel most at peace outdoors, whether walking, hiking, or spending time near water. Nature offers me a sense of calm and grounding, and I often encourage clients to explore what brings them that same feeling of sanctuary.
I’m inspired by Hermann Hesse’s words: “Within you, there is a stillness and a sanctuary to which you can retreat at any time and be yourself.”
