Hi, I’m Faven Ghetnet, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) committed to supporting you as you seek to create positive change in your life. Professional Background: With a decade of experience in the mental health sector, I have worked with a diverse range of issues including trauma, depression, self-esteem issues, anxiety, and grief. My therapeutic approach is person-centered, integrating techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also work with couples and am trained in Gottman Level 1 & 2, focusing on strengthening relational bonds.
Therapeutic Approach: My practice is client-centered and relational, emphasizing a safe and welcoming space where you can feel comfortable exploring and addressing your challenges. I employ a strengths-based approach, tailoring each session to your unique needs and working collaboratively to achieve your goals.
