Registered Social Worker Psychotherapist
Often telling your story can be challenging…
I understand how difficult it can be to prioritize your mental health when life feels full, fast, or uncertain. If you’re struggling to find balance or feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or shifting life circumstances, I’m here to support you with care, clarity, and grounded guidance.
Together, we’ll explore the patterns, thoughts, and behaviours that are impacting your well-being and work toward creating a life that feels steadier, healthier, and more fulfilling.
Experience
I hold a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Windsor and a Master of Social Work from Wayne State University. My professional background includes providing therapy to adolescents and adults in both virtual and in-person settings, as well as supporting homeless and at-risk communities and adolescents in mental health units.
I have experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, stress, and identity exploration. These roles have strengthened my ability to meet clients with empathy, flexibility, and a deep respect for their lived experiences.
Client Focus
I work with adults and adolescents aged 14+, offering a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space to navigate emotional challenges, behavioural patterns, and different stages of change. My goal is always to meet you where you are and honour your pace.
Types of Therapy
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), helping clients understand and reshape the thoughts and behaviours that influence their emotional well-being. I also integrate mindfulness practices, strength-based approaches, healthy coping strategies, and present-moment awareness.
For clients navigating OCD, I draw on evidence-based approaches such as Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention.
Issues I Support
I commonly work with anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, stress, and identity exploration. My focus is on helping clients develop insight, learn practical skills, and build patterns that support long-term well-being.
More than just my work
I love exploring new places, trying new things, and experiencing different cultures. With 19 countries visited so far, I’m always excited to plan the next adventure and see where the world takes me.
