Professional Background: I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Windsor and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Wayne State University. With experience in both clinical social work and providing therapy for adolescents and adults, I’ve worked in various settings, from virtual and in-person sessions to supporting homeless and at-risk communities and adolescent mental health units. I’ve supported clients dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, general stress, and identity exploration.
Therapeutic Approach: I specialize in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), focusing on helping clients reevaluate and restructure their thoughts and behaviors to achieve a balanced lifestyle and improved mental health. I am committed to meeting clients where they are and collaborating to facilitate their self-empowerment and growth.
